Cinemuse was founded in the spring semester of 2005 by Maya Cantu ('07), Tosh Endres ('08), Lauren Hagy ('08), Meghan Marville ('06), Paul Robertson ('07), Chas Smith ('08) and Jusitn Williamson ('05). Dr. Rober Hoskins, the English Department Head, sponsored the club through the spring of 2008.

The film strip logo was designed by Lauren Hagy ('08) and is still used by the club today.

First Public Event
Cinemuse fundraised through a bake sale that allowed the club to host a screening of Pulp Fiction at Grafton Stovall Theatre.
